The corner suite on the 11th floor offered a good location and clean accommodations, but the air conditioning struggled under the afternoon sun, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. While the staff was friendly, the resolution to our AC issue was slow, and we ended up using fans to cool down the room. Parking was another challenge, as the valet fees were quite high for a mid-priced hotel. Overall, the experience had its highlights but could benefit from improvements in room conditions and amenities.

Had a nice 4-night stay at this newer place. Rooms were spacious with loads of natural light, and the bed was comfy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but enough to get you going. Just wished there was a better cleaning setup in the room, like a sponge. Easy access to a supermarket nearby for food too!

Enjoyed my 12-night family trip! The King Studio Suite provided plenty of space for us. Convenience to the convention center was fantastic, with a quick walk to local attractions. Pro tip, stock up on essentials at the Safeway across the street. Breakfast could use improvement, though.
